Had it sent as a PDF file to avoid tarrifs. Clicked on the file to download and wouldn't download. After a few emails, received the file again. This time it downloaded and I opened the file and it looked ok. Took it to a print shop and something somewhere is corrupted and still wouldn't print. It is 11" x 17" so I couldn't print at home. After several emails and two trips to the printers, Still don't have it printed out.
