Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, shipping is determined by price and location.

Pick up is also an option and available at check out.

 

All purchases are sent tracked shipping or expedited tracked and insured.

* Patterns/ Guides are shipped in a 10.5 x 15 oversized letter. Shipping   includes Tracked and insured.

** For large orders, shipping will be calculated and the responsibility of the purchaser.

** Places that are more remote  in Canada ie. (Labrador City, NFLD - Sachs harbor, NWT, etc.) there may be additional shipping charges, you will be contacted to arrange payment. 

-Shipping to major cities within Canada usually arrives within the week or 5 -7 business days.

 If your address is outside a major city or in a small town please allow an extra week or two.

If you are in a remote area please allow up to six weeks or more.
 

Absolutely no refunds on any of the paper products. Books, Patterns etc.
