Orders will be shipped once payment is received. You will receive a mailing notification.

Order will be shipped via Canada Post - unless you arrange for pick up.
* Shipping within Canada and to the US is sent through Canada Post (unless otherwise arranged).
All DIY Kits and large materials are sent tracked shipping or expedited tracked and insured.
* Patterns/ Guides are shipped in a 10.5 x 15 oversized letter. Shipping includes Tracked and insured.
** For large orders, shipping will be calculated and the responsibility of the purchaser.
** Places that are more remote and any of the USA areas, in Canada (Labrador City, NFLD - Sachs harbor, NWT, etc.) there may be additional shipping charges, you will be contacted to arrange payment.
-Shipping to major cities within Canada and or United States usually arrives within the week or 5 -7 business days. If your address is outside a major city or in a small town please allow an extra week or two.
If you are in a remote area please allow up to six weeks or more.
International shipping cost is for Surface parcels and it can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Absolutely no refund on any of the paper products. Books, Patterns etc.
